Pamela Morgan

Pamela Morgan is a board-certified, Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 18 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 34 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1996 and her Master of Science Degree for Nurse Practitioner in 2003, from UTMB Galveston, TX, in which she graduated with honors.

Ms. Morgan’s primary RN career was focused on intensive care at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston until 2003. In 2004 she had the opportunity to take over an existing Family Practice clinic from a local practicing physician and continues to operate South Shore Family Health & Image today. In addition to serving the local community, she had the opportunity to partner with the Memorial Herman System and surrounding universities to help train and educate upcoming Nurse Practitioners.

Ms. Morgan has diversified her training to be able to offer several types of medical, cosmetic and weight loss services. She is passionate about the care she provides her patients and loves being an active part of the League City community.

Dr. Stanly B. Heckrodt

With more than 40 years of medical practice to his credit, Stanly B. Heckrodt, MD has excelled in various capacities of his chosen career. Throughout his career, he has been a family physician, ER physician, medical consultant for various medical establishments, chemical plant physician, aviation medical examiner, and pharmacist. 

He began his medical education at South Western Oklahoma State University and obtained his Bachelor of Science and pharmacy in 1971. He attended The University of Oklahoma for medical school. Post-graduation, Dr. Heckrodt immersed himself in one of the most prestigious, difficult, family practice residencies in the country at John Petersmith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. After residency, He moved to Port Lavaca, Texas, and began his career as a family practice physician, operating a solo practice for 9 years before joining a small local group of physicians for the next 6 years. While in Port Lavaca he served as Chief of Staff at Memorial Medical Center as well as serving as consulting physician for multiple industrial corporations.

In 1995, a large multi-specialty group and local hospital from Victoria, Texas recruited Dr. Heckrodt. He moved his young family to Victoria where he was Vice Chief of Staff at Victoria Medical Center and was the head of Victoria Regional Medical Center’s emergency department for 5 years.

Dr. Heckrodt is currently the medical director for Aesthetic Medical Educators Training Company. He is also the medical consultant for two MRI establishments and supervises a regional chain of family practice/bariatric/spa clinics across South Texas.

Dr. Heckrodt’s interests go beyond medicine. He has a deep-rooted love for aviation and integrated that love into his career by becoming a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, and a forensic site investigator for the Federal Aviation Administration. He also holds a commercial pilot’s license and is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight.

Dr. Heckrodt’s greatest accomplishment is his beautiful family. He is married to his college sweetheart and has 2 sons and a granddaughter. He currently lives in Prosper, Texas near his children and continues to teach facial aesthetic medicine, and helps in the administration of various practices.
